Pacific Bell Dear Matt: On behalf of the Network Operations North LFO, I wanted to send our thanks for your presentation at our management conference on March 19, 1996. I want to share with you some of the candid comments that were on the audit forms in response to my questions regarding "what worked best?" and "was the day a good use of your time?"
Believe me, this is a hard crowd to please and they were very pleased with the information that you presented. I know that you are planning to present similar sessions throughout our organization to those employees who were unable to attend the management conference and that you are meeting with individuals for follow-up consultations. Knowing this provides me with additional feedback that having you attend our conference and presenting our employees with some up to date financial planning information was very valuable.
